Refund/Return Policy
Original sales receipt must accompany returns with return ID clearly on outside. Our product returns for exchange or refund for unopened/not used product(s), is within the 14 business days. A 15% restocking fee will be collected for ALL returns. The customer is required to get in touch with AudioPartsDirect Customer service staff by either email or phone prior to creating Return.
At our sole discretion after 14 calendar days, we do not accept returns unless it has defects in the original manufacturing of your purchased product(s).
Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (after 14 days no returns are allowed)
- must not be a special order or a custom order. (eg. vehicle alternators, custom subwoofers, subwoofer boxes, amplifier plates, etc)
- unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 14 days noted in that item's particular item description.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please e-mail Sales@AudioPartsDirect.com with photo evidence immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. It is customers responsibility to contact us within 14 days if you intend to RETURN any item back to our store, & 7 days to notify us of any incorrect shipment or issue with an order!
Customers are accountable for the expense of returning the items, provided that they are not faulty from the manufacturer or shipper.
Items returned to us AFTER 14 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Incorrect shipments or issues with an order AFTER 7 days WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. It is important to let us know immediately, for it to be taken care of! Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
International return postage is not covered. Buyers will be responsible for all associated costs.
International returns will NOT be accepted for the following items: Alternators, Subwoofers, Speakers, Sub-Boxes, Batteries, Amplifiers, Wire (By the foot), Wire Spools, & Sound Deadener.
Shipping Policy
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
- Shipping from the warehouse after you place your order is same day in most cases but if its the holidays or a seasonal rush in most cases its 1 to 3 days, if anything is to come up we will notify you via email or call you.
- Packages usually arrive in 3 to 7 days, depending on the service, if anything is to happen and your product is shipped contact the service ( ups, or usps first) we cant act as you when an item is shipped to you.
- FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF $149 OR MORE WHEN PRODUCTS FROM ELIGIBLE BRANDS (LISTED BELOW) IS ADDED TO YOUR CART. ONLY TO THE LOWER 48 STATES.
- SUB-BOXES, AMPLIFIERS, BATTERIES, SPEAKERS, & SUBWOOFERS ARE EXCLUDED FROM FREE SHIPPING WHEN PURCHASED WITHOUT THE ELIGIBLE BRANDS (LISTED BELOW).
ELIGIBLE BRANDS FOR FREE SHIPPING:
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
- If you believe that you reside in an area that is not secure or safe, where there is a risk of your package being stolen, we kindly request you to consider having it delivered to a more secure address, such as your workplace. Once we have shipped the package and it has been scanned and delivered to your designated address, it becomes a part of your home or homeowners insurance. Therefore, we urge you to be diligent in this process to ensure the safe delivery of your packages.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
All orders of $200+ will need a signature for delivery.
Should you observe that your items are being shipped separately, kindly be aware that the majority of items available on our store are stocked in our warehouse. Nevertheless, items that are out of stock in our warehouse will be shipped directly from the manufacturer or a third party. Generally, this does not impact the shipping time, but it may result in a delay of 1 to 3 days for the specific item.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to Sales@AudioPartsDirect.com with a Subject heading of “Order Cancellation”. Please include your Order ID number in this email. If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have placed your order in "processing" status, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is typically around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change without notice and we cannot guarantee what this figure will be prior to receiving any individual order. The refund payment will be made in accordance with the Refunds section below. If we receive your order cancellation before we have placed your order in "processing" status, then you may no longer cancel your order. However, you are entitled to return the goods to us in accordance with the Returns section above
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Brand Return Policies
Wiring + wire kits
We do NOT accept returns for "By the foot" orders for ANY brand of wire, including size!
Full rolls of wire can ONLY be returned if condition is new unopened and NOT tampered with in any way.
We do NOT accept returns for wire kits that have been opened/ tampered with! Kit must be complete and in new condition to receive a replacement/ refund!
SMD Dealers
Orders are built and shipped as they come in! If you place a stocking order for SMD Fuse Blocks, SMD Distribution Blocks, & SMD Speaker Terminals, please expect possible delays as these items are built-to-order and can take slightly longer than usual if there are multiple dealers ahead of your order!

- Shipping issues for packages marked "delivered" yet not received, can be approved no earlier than 5 days after the “delivery date” and no later than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging are required for damaged shipping issues
- Shipping issues for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") can be filed at any time. Issue resolution is based on the estimated delivery date for your order which is available when your claim is filed.
